They are good supplier with good price and good products, but the customer service is careless. I've been buying from MDP supplies for over a year, many many times, but then accidentally i bought a wrong item and wanted to exchange for the right or get a refund. Once i got in contact with customers services they were helpless and i felt treated with disregard considering i am not a new customer with a historic of many purchases. I understood that bought the item with longer time than they accept a return. So i asked for a discount in my next order instead of a refund and they just blank me until i sent another email. they new reply was just cold and careless. We cant accept your return and neither give you a discount. I find it a very poor response and felt that they just don't care on keep their customer happy. so i better find another supplier.

I use mdp for all my supplies. Never had issues with them, been a year so far of near everyday orders. Since Tilbury is near me I've always collected, postage is pricey but it's standard postage from the courier, nothing they can do on that part. Even when I've had to order, it's quays been quick and never arrived damaged.

BE WARNED *** Decent price and quick postage - however after spending thousands with them they were unable to send me a correctly measured roll and refused to send a new one until they had collected the original roll. That is fair enough, however when you're on a tight timeline - the inflexibility of customer service has been largely frustrating, a simple solution would have been to post out a replacement wrap and collect the shorter roll at their own convenience but instead they were fixated on needing to collect the roll and assess it first - even though I showed them it was short. I was compensated in the end which I felt like I had no option but to accept. This left me feeling like the money we spent with them to date has little to zero value for customer loyalty. Really disappointed guys, not surprised to see other similar reviews about shocking customer service especially from the same individual! Haha To those buying wrap - Always measure your wrap, MDP certainly don't! and pray you don't require anything sorting out if you're on a tight timeframe.

Charged £5.50 delivery for a 50g item. Sent it Royal Mail untracked letter costing them £1. Hasn't arrived and has no tracking. Not suitable delivery for businesses

I have been using MDP for a while, but since when they change their deliveries to DX, the problems started happening. Damage items, and worst, late items, today I received part of my parcels and part stay inside the van and they said it will be delivered again on Monday, I think they should consider going back to DPD and supply good service, from beginning to end. And I paid more for express delivery.

Have starting using MDP for the last few months. Have always been super helpful over the phone and if the advisor is not sure then they are more than happy to find out for you. If we have had issues, it has been quickly sorted out. We will continue to order our vinyl and craft supplies from MDP :)
