Ordered cat transfer restrainer on 17/02/22 after not hearing anything regarding delivery on 21/02 I’ve contacted company only to be told that they haven’t even posted it yet as courier “didn’t picked it up “… No email about delays, no contact whatsoever. I was forced to cancel the order as not enough time for delivery for the person which was leaving country to take the restrainer with her for an rescue organisation abroad… So… don’t be fooled by 1-2 days delivery- non existent. Also very poor customer service as no contact to apologise & explain the situation. Shame as they charge quite bit for delivery even for more expensive orders.

I am delighted to recommend MDC Exports to everyone looking for a TNR trap built to last and do its job. Their TNR traps are like nothing else available out there - So solid, strong and built around practicality. Having had a recent experience where a feral tom cat was able to squeeze himself out the door of a cheaper trap, I researched my options to invest in a proper trap (EeziCatch trap with solid floor). I found MDC Exports and Debbie has been so kind in assisting me along the way. Thanks again Debbie and the team at MDC for your assistance and for providing the means of gaining an excellent TNR trap I can use with full confidence.
