Francis was extremely responsive and cooperative before the job. On the day of carpet fitting he arrived promptly and was very friendly. Unfortunately fitting on the stairs was loose and was not done properly. I have been chasing him for the past month without luck. This is highly unprofessional and poor customer service.

Francis made a brilliant job laying both my living room and stair carpets.He provided the carpet and had them fitted within a few days even though it was xmas week.The carpet was good value for money and i dont think you would beat the quote i was given. He was very polite friendly and efficient. Would 100 per cent recommend his services. Thank you Francis
