This is the fourth car that I have purchased from MCS over the last 8 years, and as always the experience has been exceptional. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, they are clearly passionate about what they do. Every car I have purchased from these guys has always been serviced/inspected and any potential issues have been quickly addressed before collection. Our most recent purchase needed a wheel bearing due to a very faint noise. This was not obvious to us, but we were informed that they had picked up on it, and the part was already on order! Great customer care, as always Working in the motor trade myself I have had a lot of experience in this industry over the years, and whenever its time for a new car MCS is always the first place I go to Thanks again for another great buying experience

What started as a positive purchase has turned into a very costly mistake. After purchasing the car of my dreams I noticed a few issues which were to be sorted before collection. One being water ingress in the car. I had zero reason to doubt the dealer that stated these had been corrected and collected the car. It was immediately apparent that the car still had faults so contacted the very next morning. Please bring it over and we will give it to our technicians to review, a date was booked and the two hour trip was made. No courtesy cars were given so a friend collected me whilst the faults were addressed. Suspension noise, water ingress, battery issue and whining diff. Upon collection a new battery only had been fitted??? We didn't have time to look at the other faults although we agree they are present. Can you book them into a workshop of your choice and let us know the outcome. Although annoyed I agreed to do this although wasn't happy this was now to be charged as a warranty claim. I had the car looked at and diagnosed at my expense and reported back to the dealer. This is where things went rapidly down hill until all communication from the dealer stopped. After months of being ignored no other choice was left other than contacting the finance company to reject. In short I am now £10k out of pocket and forced to buy another car to carry out my day to day business. Summary, great people until something goes wrong and then you're on your own. The motortrade gets a bad reputation for exactly the above and it pains me. I've lost a car I love, been lied to and charged £10k for the privilege. Thanks MCS.

I bought bmw m3 off them, they did a dodgy mot and sold me cars with terrible brakes and water in my headlights and when coming to deal with it. They are rude and unhelpful. When I tried to be nice and accommodating they are unreasonable and rude.

i would highly recommend this company for used cars and for 10/10 customer service. everyone i spoke to on the team was helpful in their own way from Peter talking me through finance, Jack for being reassuring if i had any questions and Aisha for making sure everything ran smooth from the test drive until me leaving the dealership. can’t fault them for anything and the whole transaction was smooth when part exchanging.
