Colin repaired a leather bag which had belonged to my mother about 70 years ago. It had signs of wear and neglect. When it came back I was really pleased to see he had done exactly what i asked - you can see it's been repaired if you look closely but best of all good and strong enough condition to use it again. Very good communication and customer care, a great job. Recommended.
