Just had a mouthpiece restored that is something of a family heirloom - used by my father through the 60s/70s/80s, then me ever since. Thanks to McQueens, the mouthpiece looks and feels brand new. I wouldn't have ever imagined it could look this good. I am really impressed and very pleased. If you are a Type A personality, their relaxed attitude toward email communication (I live in Southern England and posted the mouthpiece rather than going to the shop in person) will induce a teency bit of stress but then you'll see the quality of their work and you really won't care.
