Only gave 1 star because I had to. I have contacted this place several times over the last 2 weeks, for my skip to be collected, appointment gets booked but when the time arrives it’s not collected. My skip is over flowing because others are throwing in their rubbish. There’s elderly people on my road, having the skip overflowing makes it hard for them to get past, especially with the rubbish in the way. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this service!

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star as otherwise can't upload my view, I called and ordered a grab, which was agreed by Amrik for Tuesday, however come Tuesday afternoon they didn't show up, when I called they said they had rescheduled me for Friday, no call or agreement, Amrik and I had a gentleman's agreement that I would pay £180 instead of the £190 originally quoted, and would collect on Friday, now this alone has set me back 3 days due to not have space for other building materials being delivered, but that don't seem to bother MCP, come Friday and once all the grab is complete the driver requests payment I told him its £180 as was agreed on the phone, but the office don't agree, I have the voice recordings to prove. Amrik then patronised me by saying I'll let you off a fiver, so for MPC the loss my business made is worth a £5 I'm out by 3 days. Its the first time I've used them and definitely will be the last. Note I paid the full requested amount but they have little or no regards to my business needs which is disgusting on any level.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT PRIORITISE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INSTEAD FOCUS ON RECEIVING THEIR MONEY. THEY HAVE NOT COLLECTED OUR SKIP WHICH WE HAVE CONSTANTLY PHONED THEM TO REMIND THEM AND THE RESPONSE GIVEN IS 'WE WILL COLLECT TODAY'. THIS HAS GONE FOR SEVERAL WEEKS NOW AND I FEAR THAT MY DRIVEWAY MAYBE DAMAGED DUE TO THE SKIP SINCE THE DRIVEWAY WAS RENOVATED FOR EXTRA CAR SPACE. UNFORTUNATELY THE ONLY RESPONSE I MIGHT RECEIVE IS A GENERIC RESPONSE GIVEN TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE COMPLAINED. I THEREFORE HOPE THAT IN THE FUTURE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPROVED UPON OTHERWISE CUSTOMERS MAY HAVE NO CHOICE IN GOING ELSEWHERE TO OTHER COMPETITORS.

Called for a skip came the next day, driver even helped me load a 1ton soil bag into the skip to save me some time. Skip was full over the course of 4 days I called in the morning and skip collected in afternoon. 10 out of 10 for service. Ignore the other review its usually people who want to rant for over filling skips!!. I had a fair bit in the skip and the driver took it without damaging and spilling any waste around. Im going to be using thier ready mixed concrete services and do not doubt they will be as good as they have been.
