I take my daughter to the Harrow branch and I must say the friendliest most professional trainers especially Oscar who trains my daughter. One of the most patient and talented teachers I have ever come across. He breaks down the art of MMA to a level thats relatable and understandable for children whilst still making it fun and keeping their interest level up. Thank you MCMA and thank you Oscar

I've been training with MCMA for about a year and my experience has been great. The classes are good value for money and trainers Brian and Jason are very skilled in what they do. If you are looking to up your cardio or build your technical fighting experience then MCMA is for you. More than anything I find the environment friendly and inviting. Trainers and other members make newcomers feel welcome regardless of skill level.

Female Only Kickboxing Class Went for a trial session, and I actually was going to cancel a few hours before. I AM SO GLAD I DIDN'T CANCEL! This was the most empowering and amazing session I have done. The instructor was amazing and made me feel safe and confident. There was so much attention to detail and I could feel that they are there always to support and help. I am definitely going to carry on coming to these sessions! I would highly recommend it to those girls who are thinking of starting Kickboxing. I promise you, its not scary and its completely safe!! You'll have the best time ever and leave feeling extremely strong and empowered!

Learning martial arts at MCMA has been an absolute pleasure for the past couple of year and I can now say I might owe my integrity to this great school. I was on holiday, riding a bicycle in Paris carrying some load on the front basket which made handling a bit hard. I accidentally hit the kerb and swerved to my left and I guy coming from behind hit me and almost fell. I apologized in my rudimentary French but he was extremely aggressive coming really close to me so I did the self defence checklist: Took a few steps back to control the distance, stood with my guard up, told him not to approach and looked around to see if he had company. He tried to take a few steps in my direction and I moved exactly like David or Max or Ben always told me to: Never crossing legs, always keeping the base wide enough to keep me on balance. I guess the fact that I was moving like an MMA student while keeping eye contact with him 100% of the time made the guy think again and go all the way to the mid strip garden and call me to have a fight way over there from a safe distance. It's surprisingly quick how a situation develops and you might need some knowledge of self defence. Once it all ended I felt quite pleased that I could remember what to do and defuse the tension with confidence and avoid further troubles during my long awaited holidays.
