Customer service at its worst!! I called to make a booking for some warranty work that had been authorised by McLaren only to be told by the service advisor. You will have to wait 3 months . We do not offer courtesy cars either (Not that I asked). You will need to bring the car into us. I asked for his Dealer principal Email etc to be told “I can’t give it to you” Horrendous experience.Needless to say I booked the car in at one of Rybrooks other dealers in Bristol. Hopefully the experience there is not the same!!
