Had a fault with my Plumis Automist system so naturally braced myself for the usual misery of getting something expensive and unexpectedly broken, working again. I shouldn't have worried though, as MCFP were great. Mark came out and quickly diagnosed the fault last Friday. Then he was back today to replace the failed part and everything's now working again. Throughout the process, great communication from MCFP - I just wish all the other problems on my to-do list could be resolved so easily.
