Food was stone cold, although the lassie changed it with no problem. Place feels dated, if you want a quick bite to eat at a budget price, maybe try elsewhere. Staff were friendly, everything else made me just want to not finish what I had to eat and leave. I think they should visit Telford Shopping centre or Burntwood branches, if they want to see what should be delivered

Took ages to order. Stood at the till for ages while it went through. When it came it was wrong. To be fair I was charged for what I had. Which I didn't eat as I didn't want two lots of dry cold fries. Food changed. And better Tables were dirty, no toilet rolls in loos

Every time I come here the chips are cold. Custom burgers aren't made fresh and there are always delivery drivers that take priority. This could be a review for any single McDonald's in the UK right now. Chips are the easiest thing to get right, and they never can. Let's be honest maccies is inferior to burger king and five guys, but there's none of those around for when you want to get a burger on the way. If it's open, go to Patty Freaks instead
