We had a budget of £200, which I was hoping this would cover cleaning all the carpets, a rug, the sofas (and cushions), etc. in the whole house. Stuart did a thorough job on the areas he managed to clean (particularly our mattress which was almost like new again). However he didn’t manage to do 3 of the 4 bedrooms, the landing, the stairs, the sofas or sofa cushions. The areas he did included the lounge, the rug, the downstairs toilet, two small cushions from the wicker sofa in our conservatory, the master bedroom carpet, one mattress, 2 pillows, and an office chair. He said it would be another £200 to finish all the outstanding areas. Maybe my expectations are just too high.. 🤷♂️

We get our carpet cleaned with this company roughly every two months. Does a fantastic job for us. Brilliant commercial clean. Comes up fantastic by the end! Literally looks like 2 different carpets. Also the process is much drier than previous carpet cleaners which is a plus +++
