We bought our property a year ago that was built by McCauls in the Warehaus development in Ancoats. Throughout the year myself and multiple other residents have experienced severe water ingress down to the fault of McCauls. What’s worse, they haven’t responded to our multiple claims. They are in breach of the building warranty and have absolutely no regard for the residents living here. This issue is causing mould and making the property unfit to live in. Avoid like the plague. Run a mile from this company. I purchased my first house nearly a year ago in what was sold to be a luxury development. 7 months ago the builders mysteriously disappeared leaving us with a half estate, half rubbish dump and zero answers. They refuse to communicate in any meaningful way. It seems that after taking millions of pounds from the residents they have simply vanished. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
