Refused to come out to fix my washing machine after being hired by beko. Refused to even bother actually checking pipes and plumbing to check it wasnt the issue of the washing smells. Have lied on the report after the 1 time they did come out. After clearly telling me on the day. "There is no error code so not much I can do, your best option is to call beko & currys" Have refused to come out on multiple occations after the first time cause they dont want to after even confriming the issue of washing smelling. They have refused to do anything and have left me in a place I have had to go to CDRL now as they have refused to do there job. They were told multiple times to come and fix it by beko and me and within 30 minutes of the booking I get a call saying they cancelled. That also brings me to another point of the second booking where they didnt turn up and when I called they insisted they had left me a voice mail saying they cancelled. They did not at any point in the voicemail cancel the repair. Just said nothing they can do and to talk to beko. If you are going to cancel an appointment tell them its cancelled dont pretend to imply it was cancelled and have the customer wait 12 hours for you to not show up and have a whole day wasted. wouldnt recommend at all. An amazingly quick response when my freezer decided to play up! I left a message out of hours and they were in touch even before they opened. The engineer was here (15 miles) in less than an hour. The fault was diagnosed and a replacement fan fitted immediately and I had a working freezer again in less than 2 hours of my call. I can't recommend them highly enough 😀.
