I didn't have a good expereince with them as I found them less responsible, reliable and with less professionalism. I was misled about the process of renting a property and as a result I lost the chance to rent the property I liked. I had seen so many times properties gone as I was told that someone viewed before us have taken the property so no more viewing to be done. This time aroun I was FIRST to view the property and knew that I had to act quickly but told to "apply through the process" . On other hand they accepted a deposit was from someone who viewed after us. I wouldn't recommend MCB estates to anyone who wants a professional and trustworthy service.
