Took my Mercedes to investigate knocking noise from engine, described the problem and send a video to hear that noise. They told me that engine oil was bad and needs replacing, after job was completed they said “car works fine, no knocking noise”. When i picked a car knocking noise still there and now they telling that camshaft adjusters needs to be replaced. So on the end paid £300 for wrong diagnostic, oil change, and left the garage with the same problem as arrived….
