I moved in during the pandemic which was a difficult time, but Chris and Sarah were always available to help with all rental and property queries.

I highly recommend going for any type of property rental with MBS Lettings. Chris & Sarah are the most understandable, efficient and respectful landlords I have ever had. A new chapter of life is bringing me to move out from their property but I am truly gutted to leave the flat. Very high quality furniture and top response from both of them any time I had an issue with the flat. If you get the chance to be offered one of their properties for rental, 200% go for it !

Chris and Sarah are one of a kind, never had such genuinely helpful and supportive landlords like them before. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They arranged all utilities and city tax for me, and even didn't want to charge me rent when I couldn't move in because of COVID19 in 2021. If anything was broken, someone would show up within the hour the fix it. No typical issues with check out and got my deposit back a few hours later. 100% would recommend if I ever return to UK / Birmingham.
