This followed on from another positive experience last Autumn when we purchased a GLB for my wife. This too was delivered in less than 10 days from the point of purchase. I’ve called around many dealership and spoken to many different staff but Richard was a stand out by far. Very helpful, did a great video review of the car I was interested in, wasn’t pushy, very relaxed, HONEST (which is hard to find), emailed and called back when I had questions. In the past I have had bad experiences with dealing with dealerships which has made me uneasy when dealing with salespeople from various branches. The time had come for me to change my car and I had been looking for a year + for a new vehicle which suited my needs. Having dealt with a few employees here at the branch I have to say Ashley Hook stood out with his down to earth nature and honest approach. For someone who has not changed a car for 19 years this was reassuring and refreshing and did not make me feel pressured in making any choice. Ashley took me through the steps, made sure I was well advised throughout my new car journey and ensured he understood my requirements and came back to me with choices as and when they presented themselves. He managed to find the car which suited my needs and I eventually purchased it. For anyone reading this and want someone who has an honest and down to earth approach then look no further than Ashley.
