My partner bought a car in April and had the car 3 weeks when the engine light came on. We rang MB motors yes sir bring it back we will send it to our garage. Car came back after 2 days all fixed so he came away 3 days later light came back so he rings garage up again right bring the car back we will send it back to the garage. So my partner asked which garage do you send the car to the salesman replied oh I can't remember the name if the garage. So of it goes to the garage again comes back all fixed the salesman says so we take it home 3 days later light was back on. So we ring MB motors a 3rd time and tell them you will have to bring the car back. By this point I asked how long do we have to keep bringing the car back and the salesman said as long as it takes. So now we are having to take it to our own trusted garage as we have lost all faith in MB motors and their garage that they use. So I will never ever buy another car from them. And I am actually looking for one but there is no way I would buy one from MB motors all our faith has gone so disappointed in it all.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I had never part exchanged a vehicle before so was a bit nervous about doing so. I had seen a BMW X1 for sale so put in an interest on Autotrader. Mike rang me the next day and I felt instantly at ease with him. I purchased the vehicle that day. I went to view and pick up the car up a week later. Mike was great throughout the whole experience! The show room is lovely too. Lots of other nice cars there too!

Incompetent staff and very arrogant owner. Multiple issues encountered when recently purchasing a vehicle. The biggest issue was underhand business dealings by adding extras and trying to hide them. When raised with the owner, got told to go away and then wouldn't return any calls. AVOID at zll costs as now reported to AA and looking to take it to the Motor Ombudsman

Worst sales experience I've ever had. I wasn't expecting Porche sales standards, but the salesman was so bad we very nearly drove 180 miles back home because we were sick of his attitude. No people skills, no empathy, no problem solving skills, just couldn't care less. I'd honestly avoid unless you think you're getting an absolute steal on a car (which you're probs not).

Outstanding Customer Service at MB Motor Group Bradford. I was impressed with the service from the first call all the way to collection of the vehicle, especially Mike who dealt with the sale in impeccable fashion, even to the point of calling me the day after to make sure I was home safe! Utter Joke of a company Sold an absolute Red herring of a vehicle one your out the door you get treat with contempt car had a problem on my way back to the NE thats when the fun started. stay away unless you want grief and if your buying form distance DONT DO IT THE WARRANTY ONLY COVERS YOU LOCALLY. if you need to bring back like I was going to have to I would hve had to do a 200 mile round trip instead of being able to fix locally until I threatend with canellation within 2 weeks. the car since has been an absolute VBundle of Breakdowns and costs if you want proof Email me I have all the documentation along with the emails. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED I HAD TO GIVE ! STAR ONLY BECAUSE I COULDNT POST WITH NON
