I have been coming for Shiatsu treatments with Cathy for a while now, I get very stiff and angry joints and muscles, back and neck pains and general aches and pains. Cathy has been doing a fantastic job of discussing these issues to figure out the possible causes of them, and using her skills to fix them using Shiatsu to rectify them at the root of the problem. Whilst the treatment does leave you feeling less tension straight after, the effects of the treatment are much longer lasting and the work is gradual to ensure that its not just a quick fix but actually solving the issues, meaning that days after the treatments you really start to notice the effect it's had, and if you follow the advice/tips/exercises she recommends during the treatment, it all comes together to be incredibly effective! Thoroughly recommend if you really want to fix issues at their roots as the Shiatsu method really does seem to work!

I have been coming to MB Massage Therapy for many years now. I originally started for sports massage with Mihail, which I have always found to be very helpful for easing specific problems and maintaining health. I have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome and the massage helps to ease stiff areas while not exacerbating hypermobile areas. Mihail is also great at massage around collar bone and front upper ribs to really open up the chest when sitting at a computer all day. I have found Mitch to be fantastic at leg massage, he does a strong sports massage with less pain. Loobi does the best neck massage and helps reduce stress. She helped me enormously while going through IVF, which was successful. I now have pregnancy massage here, which is really helping. Mihail and Loobi both do fab stomach massage too. The while team are incredibly professional. You can tailor who you see and what treatment you get to your needs.

I was a bit sceptical about ear candles, but the treatment I had with Jelena made a big difference to my hearing. It feels a bit odd to start with but the whirring sensation in your ears is relaxing - like sea shore sounds. The light facial massage element also helped clear my sinuses. Overall it was a relaxing treatment, well worth repeating.
