DO NOT USE !!! They came out to give me a quote, I was happy with price they give, we agreed a time and date to begin the work they followed up with a instant message to confirm date On the day of the work they did not show I emailed ,txt, and rang for 2 days no response at all to let me know if they had been delayed at another job or to rearrange I had waited two weeks for the work to begin and because they didn’t show I had to find someone else’s and wait a further 3 weeks for the work to be done which held other work men up at my house, which created further delays and further costs to my self Completely unprofessional to not show up I’d also like to state no request was made for a purchase order or deposit to begin the work before they try to claim this is why they didn’t show And if they suffered some Major disaster within the business they should of at least advised me what was happening and that they wouldn’t be able to complete job instead of leaving me in the dark In response to you reply 11th of February i was visited for a quote you then followed up with a confirmation email to book me in for 21st & 22nd of February i have not got the wrong company please dont add insult to injury and insult me Service: Install flooring
