They rarely answer the phone and dont return calls despite being rang several times to remind them, even with serious matters. Overall terrible experience at a property they represented, no deposit scheme info given amongst a range of other issues. Avoid To add - the above original review was posted in Summer 2019 - before Covid. The offices were in fact open, staff just couldn't be bothered to reply or rectify issues in a timely manner.

Totally Unprofessional and dishonest!!! They fail credit checks on tenants and charge them. He avoids complaints and has very poor communication skills !!! They never follow legal procedures and overcharge landlords for repairs. Amer also brings various girls to the office so it’s not even a lettings agency!!! Avoid !!! It’s a disgrace of a business!!!

I had an amazing experience with Umer and his staff. As a tenant, every time I needed help for some issues, I had always found the staff pleasant, helpful and available. For almost one year, I never had to complain for the service. They are all friendly, understanding and they try their very best to satisfy their customers. I have only praises for this letting agency. Great experience !
