Car has a manufacturing fault which dealer is ignoring and then hiding, now dealer turn the back on me and Mazda UK doesn’t want to get involved because “it’s independent business”, so you’re taking no responsibility for your Franchisees? No responsibility for your cars, You are disgrace to the brand and to motor industry, no wonder you’re going bust world wide if you’re approving unethical behavior from your dealers.
