Bought a car from this place ..... no advisories on the MOT certificate however 3 months later 2 ball joints replaced dropbar link. Then I had to replace top of my suspension. Absolutely no help from any of there customer services. Car now knocking and engine completely broken big end gone. Poor service would not buy a car from this company ever again....

Ann was extremely helpful knowledgeable and I can safely say it was the most pleasurable and pain free car buying experience with no pushy sales techniques applied I wasn't even under pressure to put a deposit on the vehicle before purchasing which I personally thought was also very nice, I fell in love with the car but it was also nice to turn up to see the car freshly washed and gleaming and under the bonnet was just as clean I've never seen such a clean car outside inside and even under the bonnet so the guys who do the cleaning at mazcare LTD were excellent at their work. I will also be looking to buy another car from mazcare LTD for my partner in the near future and would highly recommend this company to anyone

Brought a secondhand car from this garage. And noticed a white oiley patch on my drive after 2 1/2 months still under the 3 month warranty. Took the car back and told I had to pay 110 pounds for a diagnostic. The lady was quite rude when I challenged her on why I had to pay . Asked for a call from the owner , manager . Never called me back

Absolute garbage garage, robbing thieves. Ann talks on the phone like she knows everything but doesn’t know s*#t. Said they had replaced things on my car which I later found out they hadn’t. Do not use, stay well away.

Excellent customer service. Was told by a previous garage that I won't name that my aircon couldn't be recharged as I have a leak. Took it too mazcare within the hour did the diagnostics and die test, refilled and I was on my way with ice cold aircon. Highly recommended and trustworthy. Wasn't a mazda but they specialise in various models. Clean premises and work area was spotless.

Can't recommend this place enough. After looking for Mazda CX 5 local to us for a while we decided to go and see Mazcare and was more than impressed. Very friendly, supportive and informative staff . Got to ride my cx5 home the next day ♥️ When I'll be ready to upgrade for a newer version I now know where to go without looking anywhere else.
