I don’t understand the negative reviews about this place. I’ve been buying tobacco and shisha from them for over a year now and I have zero complaints! The shisha is awesome and lemon and mint is top quality! I must have bought at least 10 shisha pipes from here and they are all absolutely perfect even after heavy usage. The staff are friendly too. Loyal customer from Gatwick region. Loving the Mazaya brand!!

Really rude staff and fake shishas ! I bought a shisha from them for £120 they said its a german shisha which was a lie, it was getting rusty every time i smoked it. I bought 2 flavours from them and it was expired when i returned it to them one of the staff member was really rude and aggressive. I don’t recommend this place because they are rude and they have really rude staff.
