A cooling fan in one of our Mazaks failed causing the Mazatrol 640T Nexus Controller to overheat and damage several PC boards. The controller was returned to Maz who diagnosed and replaced the faulty components and returned the unit to us within a week. A very efficient and cost effective sevice with excellent communications to boot.
