We hired a baby petal from Maypole to give our guests some extra space outside and incase of bad weather for our small wedding. The style of the marquee fitted our theme perfectly and became one of our favourite features of the day. The team setting up and taking down were brilliant, arrived in great time and showed us for opening/closing sides. Communication and accommodating our short turn around was great and so appreciated. We used Maypole Marquee for our wedding and they were brilliant from start to finish. They arrived to put the Marquee up at 10am on the Thursday and after a short discussion of where everything was going they just got on with the job. They also provided the toilets and generator and spent the time to show us how it all works. The same with taking down, very quick and professional. Everyone was polite and very helpful throughout the whole experience.

Claire and Kristian were brilliant with communicating with us before the big day, it was tricky because of covid and not being able to get to Kent! They left us safe in the knowledge we were in expert hands and provided a service which exceeded our expectations. The whole team were amazing leading up to the big day and the end result was absolutely stunning. Claire and Kristian went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect from the beautiful chairs, to the festoon lighting, to the music in the posh loos! We could not have been happier. We had the absolute please of booking with Claire and Kristian nearly 2 years ago... and thanks to to blessed COVID we have had to reschedule 3 times!!! However... 3rd time lucky!! From the moment of the initial booking, to the changes of dates, numbers and needs... both Claire and Kristian have been amazing!! I know we had the tightest loo delivery on earth, and I I know the set up day was sweltering for the crew, but none of this mattered!!! Even with a poorly hand Kristian!! Claire, thank you for putting up with my continuous emails and of course our make up free face time, you both put my mind at rest throughout this CRAZY time. Nothing was too much even the day before the event. The team that put the marquee up were also very friendly and helpful. I could not recommend Maypole Marquee’s any more, our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to the most beautiful petal marquee. All the team were super friendly and efficient and have been the nicest and most accommodating people ever in the build up to our wedding. The Apple crate bar was a super rustic touch to our field wedding and the lovely added extras to the luxury toilets went down a storm with our guests! Definitely use Maypole Marquee if you want a friendly, efficient and a high standard service. Loved them!

Both Claire and Kristian have been truly amazing. Me and Kiran got married at the end of May (2021). Throughout the pandemic, Claire and Kristian put our minds at ease with their flexibility to change dates and locations as well as marquee sizes as/when needed. They were on hand 24/7 to answer any queries we had, from helping us design the marquee layout to helping us decide the best location for weather protection. The service we received from them was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. After initially deciding on a location in Hollingbourne, a few days before the wedding, concerns were growing over the strong winds that were forecast. We found another location and which meant we could keep the marquee we wanted without the worry of the wind taking it. Kristian and his team were very flexible with this new location. They did a fantastic job on building the marquee and even made sure it had extra ties to ensure it stayed in place. We couldn't fault them at all. We are very grateful for all their help and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone!

Can not thank Maypole Marquees more for their assistance from start to finish in the planning of my mothers birthday party. They suggested novel ideas that I would never have thought about, helped with the bar, catering, music, design of the marquee, flooring to use and the best thing ever was their luxury toilets. They left no detail out and were really patient and informative. Would absolutely use them again, just need to think of an excuse to hold a party!
