DIY car Fix
Purchased a maypole trailer from my local retailer, when it was delivered the panels had small dents, scratches and even a shattered reflective light. Fortunately the retailer compensated me for this. The reason maypole get one star is as follows. Soon found out whilst trying to build it that it was missing two of the integrated captive nuts. Customer service was easy enough to get hold of but after explaining the issue I was told I’d get a call back to let me know if the pieces missing where in stock or not. No follow up call was received so I called back to be told yes they have stock but I’d need to pay for them!! Obviously not going to pay for something I’ve already paid for but not received. Shocking packaging for such a heavy trailer. Customer service advisors seem to be monotone and miserable!

After dealing with them for 12 years they shut our account without informing us as we didn't spend £1000 that year. Strangely enough we had never spent £1000 in any year since we started dealing with them, so this seemed rather arbitrary. Shame, as I liked to stock their battery chargers but looks like we'll have to source something else!

Looking for wheels for a Maypole 712 Trailer to be informed that they are discontinued since 2012 and offered no alternative................that was it. Disgraceful customer service. Shouln't have to look for wheels if they were of better quality......................completely rusted !

What can I say if there was a 10 star rating I would have given that without a thought. Products are high quality and there customer service is 2nd to none! We deal with there Sales advisor/rep Matt who will go to any lengths to help us and advise us on product information and even deliver products him self in his own van. Hats off not a bad word to say... MAYPOLE Ltd all the way!
