Been using this dentist for nearly 40 years. Recently missed an appointment due to returning from a holiday the day before (first time have missed one in many years!) and was told i could no longer come here due to several misssed appointments. The attitude i received from the receptionist "Cindy" was disgusting (as other reviewers have mentioned) getting very abrupt over the phone. I never received any prior warning that if i missed another i would be struck off and had no letter through post regarding this either. I think bringing up missed appointments from 20+ years ago is absolutely ridiculous and i would imagine anyone using the place for around 40 years would tend to have some missed appointments! Anyway, found a new dentist so wont be using this place any more. I shall also recommend changing dental practice to friends and family due to this. The ones that have not left already that is!

Have been attending this practice for over 30 years, and have always received an excellent service. Special mention needs to go to Cindy for always trying to be accommodating with appointments and to Matthew for his care and attention in his treatment. I have been really pleased recently with the service I received for a root canal filling and for improving my front teeth. Would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Unable to rate anything below else would have rated in negative. The receptionist Sindy got worst attitude ever. Very rude behaviour and racist. She claimed what she sets is the rule in the practice. Never ever visiting this practice and would never recommend to anyone. Not sure how they have got 4.5 to be honest.

Excellent service, would have given 10 stars if possible! After phoning around serval dentists with horrendous pain in wisdom tooth this dental practice fitted me in within the hour. Once I had arrived I was called straight in to see dentist and was given prescription for infection. Cannot fault this dental surgery in any way. Staff went above and beyond and the cleanliness was also 5 star!

Unbelievable service x Sindy as always went above and beyond .Mrs Gupta amazing but then the famous Mr Dhillion solved my toothache and fitted me In privately and within one hour my tooth was out . Calm reassuring and charming as well as his nurse .I am petrified of the dentist but the surgery have been truly amazing . Thank you x
