    TERRIBLE OUTFIT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Following a site visit, Maylarch produced a budget for the removal of artex from a property we were purchasing. We used the budget to agree a discount to the sale price. After exchange, Maylarch MORE THAN DOUBLED THE QUOTE leaving us more than £12,000 out of pocket.
