Rude staff treated me as if they were doing a favour when is a paid for service (tax money). Wouldn’t see my baby (vulnerable), who according to the her new doctor could have asthma & other breathing complications. I will be pursuing a formal complaint. Disappointed is an understatement. Very unprofessional.
