Below average. Booking an appointment by phone is virtually impossible in a morning after they ask you to call at 8:00 for the callback. This is completely ineffective. Dispensing medication was more than acceptable but why close at 12.30? We need somewhere that is moving with the times. You just get long queues at 1515 when they reopen and are really slow. Bawtry’s better.

I have been registered at this surgery for over 2 years now and hva always found the service, from reception to GP, most helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

In these current times, it is difficult to get through to book an appointment, and I imagine it is all over the country, however when I did manage to get through, the receptionist was so helpful and gave me lots of info with regards to setting up online appointments. I was then able to book an online appointment, one night staying up, at midnight. The duty doctor Susan Wilson rang me the next day and she was fantastic, and I received a referral quickly as well as blood test results quickly as well. Overall very appreciative of the Mayflower team, as I am terrible for dealing with any health issues. Thank you

When I first moved to this practice it was outstanding. The patient came first . Now the system they have in place makes it practically impossible to get an appointment. Its just a raffle and not fit for purpose . I made 298 phone calls over a week and a half and still couldn't get an appointment. So I went to the Bawtry practice and pressed the buzzer . Managed to get an appointment that afternoon. The doctor whom I had the appointment with said " if you had come in sooner I could have given you something, but its too late now . ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS. Getting drunk in a brewery springs to mind .
