The experience was ok overall. As we arrived for the check in they informed us that the elevator was not working due to maintenance, which is understandable, the real problem is that they gave us a room on the last floor (4th). Beside that the room was nice and functional and the employees were very nice.

Excellent location!very close to the train, museums,food shops and center of london.The hotel looks charming from outside but inside the rooms are for hobbits! So small and dusty..you could hear the plumbing.. even from the neighbour rooms!The lift was out of order.. apparently for more than a month.. WiFi signal was terrible..very expensive for what it offers!!and no breakfast..not a 3 star hotel for sure.. receptionists were very polite

floors are very creeky in rooms . Very cold and water coming through window but staff were helpful and gave only a small heater and cleaned away the water and blocked it. No breakfast . Kind of a trek to get to room as there are many doors and turns etc. Working tv , rooms weren’t very clean & small toilet seat but beds were fine although the blanket felt like a bin bag & was too thin for my liking but a lovely cleaning lady came in every morning to clean. An ok place If you are looking to stay for a cheap price for 1-3 nights , otherwise I recommend somewhere else
