Absolutely useless. Every time you call they tell you they have ‘no cars out’ and that’s pre-booking over an hour in advance. May as well not bother running a taxi company.

Unassigns drivers last minute so I’ve got no clue if one is coming or not, I have to use Uber as a back up, and they complete their transaction and arrive at my door before mayflower even give me an assigned driver. Playing with peoples jobs and important meetings here

After initially being told 20 minutes minutes we waited outside for 75 minutes In the freezing cold which included 2 more promises of “10-15 minutes away” eventually gave upped and flagged one down. Wonder why people use Uber with service like that.

Completely useless booking system won’t let you pre book a cab for 45 mins time tells to call 15mins before you want it. Then when you do says it might be at least 25 mins till it might arrive completely messing up trying to catch a linking train. What a joke

Called for a taxi today, Told it would arrive in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I called back for an update and the same lady on the phone (who I had spoken to 30 minutes earlier) said she had no record of any taxi for our address. No apology, we missed our train.

- stars. I had a taxi booked for me. It was a long wait for the taxi to arrive and the operators and drivers were rude and abrupt. The driver rushed me out of the car (mind I had evidently had a surgical shoe for my bad foot on).Their service is also overpriced, I would recommend using alternative car and taxi services in the areas they cover for a better service and better price if not familiar with the area you are in.
