Katrina was vile, rude and unwelcoming. I booked to get my eye lashes done for my 30th Birthday. From the moment I arrived she looked at me as if I had done something to offend her. Emotionless, arrogant attitude. She said she couldn't do my eye lashes because I was not relaxing... how on earth can I relax when you were so hostile? it was ridiculous! I have never ever been somewhere and been treated with such hostility. Definitely needs customer care training, not sure on what basis she decides to treat people poorly, I hope it wasn't my skin colour. The silly excuses she was making were nonsense. She didn't end up doing my lashes in the end and had the cheek to say she will charge me £10. disgusting! I went to another place straight after wards and they were able to do my lashes with no problems at all!! The owner Nataliia was professional and reasonable that's why there is even 1 star - otherwise solid 0!
