    I’ve ordered with them three times and I’ve have had an issue with delivery twice. When dealing with stuff like medication this is just not acceptable. There ozempic arrived at room temperature and I measured this and they are refusing to give me a refund stay clear from here because all they care about is profit and not about your health

    I didn’t even get to use their service as I could never get a hold of anyone to speak with. I sent numerous emails under their ‘contact us’ section of their website, I rang countless times during their service hours but was left ringing and ringing. The ONE time someone picked up the phone I was told there’s no available customer service representatives right now and someone will call me back. I gave them my information but never received a call back. Took my business elsewhere and haven’t had a single issue with the other company.

    Very poor service beware Very disappointed I ordered ozempic on the 29.5.22, I got a message to say my order had been approved and prescription generated. No other communication so when I called on Wednesday I was informed it was out of stock and hopefully it would be delivered On Thursday. I called Thursday to be advised it had been delivered on Wednesday afternoon but my order wasn’t dispatched. I was advised it would be dispatched on Saturday and would definitely have it by Sunday, very disappointed I have not received my order a week after placing my order. I won’t be ordering my next dose from this company.
