I went to Ms Rahimi after getting metatarsal pain walking up the stairs and even around the house in my slippers. I used to jog for an hour a few times a week but had to stop. Ms Rahimi diagnosed I need inserts and now, within 3 weeks of using them, it's like walking on cushions - so comfortable and NO metatarsal pain. I am impressed.
