I’ve been to so many chiropractors, osteopaths. And never felt a real change it was a short term fix. I have been suffering from pain and stiffness in my neck/upper right back after overexerting myself during exercising last year. I thought it best I seek corrective work to ease the discomfort so I went to see Miad @ Mayfair Osteopathy after he was recommended by a friend of mine. Miad was thorough when asking about any previous conditions or incidents that may have affected the injured area. When it came to the physical work he was precise, careful and effective. He was also very knowledgeable which was reassuring. I have had several sessions with Miad and all of them have been extremely beneficial, and I’ve left feeling loose, mobile and ready to face the world.
