The beds were comfortable and clean, everyone had a large towel. The guest house is in the heart of the action in the great Mayfair area of ​​London.     I would just like to start of saying I'm not one to complain but this really made me angry. Start of by saying location was excellent and the first gentleman we met at reception was very polite. After that everything else was downhill. I specifically booked a room with a private bathroom.....that was a lie! I had my kids and wife with me so I made a extra payment for a private bathroom but as I made my way to the bathroom a lady walked out who had just been using the shower? She was apparently another guest from a different room. As I went down to let them know I was met by a guy who couldn't speak English so I had to somehow explain what had happened. He said in so many words it wouldn't happen again. I felt bad for him so a little while later while ordering a takeo8i ordered him some food aswell. Got to about 8pn so I thought it would be a good idea to shower the kids and put them to sleep but as I made my way again ti my so called private bathroom I heard someone inside flushing the toilet! So now I went down again told him but by this point I figured it'd pointless. I might aswell talk to a wall. For the remainder of the night I heard various people using my so called private bathroom. In the morning I met a new guy at reception told him n he promised to get the manager yo call and guess what.....no1 called. Unfortunately I will never stay at this place again and I would urge anyone who's spending good money to visit London to stay well clear of this place. Dnt get tempted by the location there's plenty more in that area. STAY CLEAR

    I swear it gonna be the last time I book a room from them ,,They are not professional Even I told them my problem and it was out of my control ! Whoever I tried to change the 4 days to another week even i told them early like 1 week but they didn’t answer.. at least they didn’t refund a part of money!! it was a bad experience unfortunately .

    Trust me. You don’t want to stay in this hotel. The rooms were absolutely terrible and stinky and the bathroom had hair all over the place. Completely insanitary The ceiling of the place were really short which made the room was really suffocating. The staff is absolutely rude. Honestly spoilt my entire London trip because I stayed here. Please don’t stay here.
