I drove all the way from Southampton to the shop to get a number plate made up. When I walked in a man was sat down who told me he was too busy to make a number plate as it would take 15 minutes and said I should come back again later. Appalling customer service. I went to another shop and they were happy to make one up and it took 5 minutes.
