One two occasions now I have taken items to be checked to ensure I have the correct postage to this post office and the recipient has had to pay because there isn't enough postage on it. Very poor. Unfortunately the trust in this place has now gone.

Awful service. Went to collect an item that was delivered there. Woman behind the desk didn’t believe I had confirmation for the right place. I read the address of delivery out several times. Told her my parcel would be in a small box. She couldn’t find it, again trying to get me to confirm it was delivered to this post office. Told her it was a phone I was collecting. She still ‘couldn’t find it’. Called her husband. Shock. He found it. And then she had the audacity to call me a liar. I supposedly didn’t tell her it was in a small box or that it was a phone. Yet I told her NUMEROUS times. Not that I have to disclose what MY personal item is. I will never use this post office again! Never known a post office so rude!

I come in to the post office with to post something back and they refuse to take it then the lady was shouting at me they I talk up to her and tell her don't shout at me you are a post office you have to take the item and she sed no I don't really not happy I walked from millbrook so so unhappy

Ignore the previous review, the staff ARE very friendly (some faces just don't show it) they go out of their way to help their customers get the right service for their needs. Maybe if customers treated them how they'd like to be treated themselves and had a conversation with them they'd find that they're human too and do have a sense of humour. A post office open 7 days a week until 8pm, come on, that is pretty amazing! The opening times fit in with my hectic lifestyle and I don't have to take a trip into the main post office in Shirley or town anymore. If I could review with 10 stars I would.
