Having had a flat on the market without a successful sale for over two and a half years I engaged Maxwell Hodgson to act as agents in the spring of 2022. I immediately noticed an increase in the number of viewings and Max secured a buyer in September 2022. Throughout the relationship all my dealings with both Max and Kathryn were friendly, professional and reassuring. As the sale moved towards completion there was a potential problem. A quick call to Kathryn and within 10 minutes all was resolved and back on track.
