What a great company no pushing into anything given time to choose a car 3 we’re got ready for us to test drive without question. When we chose everything was handled in a professional and friendly manner. We had a problem with car only minor but they bent over backwards to sort it out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Take it all back extended warranty that car sales use turbo blows warranty company won’t answer phone or emails car sales company said not our problem now I’m £1500 out of pocket

Looking for a new car, would recommend a visit to maximum cars in Chichester, where you will be looked after by Rob and his team, very helpful and polite, recently bought a 63 KIA sportage, lovely car, after a short time a fault appeared, with no hesitation took the car back and with the help of kia (main dealer) got the problem sorted, at no cost to me. brought my 07 ford transit connect from them rob scot and kevin very helpfull and seem to be nice people got a six month warranty there were a couple of things that needed doing and they sorted them out straight away what more can you ask for they have bent over backwards to make sure my van is how it should be. they have said if i have any problems bring it back and they will sort it out bearing in mind this is an old van thanks rob scot and kevin for being so helpfull and honest would definitely use them again thanks again maximum car supermarkets .for got to say it drives loverly

Be careful how you deal with certain payments because i was under the understanding i was paying £100 extra to extend my 1 year warranty to a 2 year warranty. After a year the warranty company contacted me about renewing it. After some phone calls I basically had too pay out again to get another year. Aswell as this the car i bought has had a altinator issue and recently a clutch issue after just over a year and 11k milage. the warranty company is awful too. they paint it out to be a brilliant company for it but auto protect just try dodge everything. Here is the experience with the warranty company: As of writing this Auto Protect has left me stuck in a position where I now have to take my broken car back from the garage because they are refusing to fix a clutch without evidence. They requested photographic evidence that the clutch was needing replacing which would have cost £700. Doing so would cost £350 to get the evidence which then would be down to me to pay if they deemed it fair wear and tear. Thatbrings me on to the next point. When purchasing the car I was given a leaflet that stated clutch was covered in the warranty. Nothing stated as long as it was in certain conditions. There for I was sold a warranty under false deliberate advertising. When questioned over the phone which took nearly 45 minutes to get through. They basically said they needed evidence or nothing will happened. I explained that I genuinely couldn't afford to cover that repair if they denied the claim. Walso stating I'd lose my job if I didn't have my car. They didn't hel and stuck to the same story. I paid money for a warranty company to just rip me off. Absolute joke and am now in a really bad situation due to them falsely selling me a warranty. when calling the dealership they basically said get the clutch out and then if they refuse then they will help but i dont believe they will do anything. Buy a car from somewhere else. Not worth it with the problems i've had and the help i've gotten.
