We had a really unfortunate experience with our Carpet delivery (damn you tuffnall). But Adrian went out of his way to pick me up new carpets from a nearby company and then fit them beautifully after. From the first point of contact to the completion of the job, Max Floor offered exceptional customer service. While on site, they were hard working, discrete and respectful of my home. The carpets were laid much quicker than I expected as the fitters worked efficiently and professionally. I am delighted with the end result and the finished fitting is testament to their skill. Max Floor impressed me further by going the extra mile and hoovering all areas they had worked in, replacing furniture and leaving the areas pristine and tidy, and checking I was happy with the job undertaken before leaving. Nothing was too much trouble. I thoroughly recommend Max Floor, and Adrian, for being fantastic value, expert fitters who are friendly, professional and trustworthy. Amazing work done by Adrian. He was very efficient in giving us a quote, and very efficient with getting the work started. As an 100 hour pharmacy, there is very limited quiet time to get work done. Adrian worked around this by arriving in Reading at 7am to get the work done in areas we would need, thus preventing any effect to the business. The quality of work was amazing and Adrian had no issue with doing a few other small requests from us. Quality work from a very nice man - 5 star review well deserved! Thank you Adrian.

This is my first ever review for any company. We had a fantastic experience with Adrian and his team especially during this Covid-19 crisis. The pricing was transparent (no hidden fees or agenda), the delivery was exactly on time, the work was carried out in a professional yet quick manner. The area was cleaned post-installation and in fact they did extra work by putting carpets in wardrobe shelving area without any complaints. It was a nice surprise to see a thoughtful gift of double sided tape posted to the house a few days later to keep the wardrobe carpeting in place. Highly recommended Adrian and his team.

Adrian is helpful in finding the best carpet for your budget. I chose the cheapest (as it's just for the spare room) and got it delivered to me. Once it arrived, I called him up and he arrived in 1 hour. With a good underlay the carpet felt thicker and the room looks bright. A very professional and focused man. Highly recommended...
