I have had a great experience with Niraj at Maverick and Wolf. I had two sunglasses on order with him despite production delays and material shortage he has kept me up to date and informed all of the way. Low and behold the frames have now arrived with photos being sent and are being shipped out to me. I will definitely shop with him again.

What a fabulous, warm and friendly service. I went there for an eye test, had a lovely chat with Niraj and Chris while waiting, felt like I’ve known them for years. My test was very thorough and the prescription is perfect (which wasn’t the case in the past with a large chain opticians). Niraj helped me pick my frames and guided me through the process of choosing the right lenses. The glasses were ready in three days!!! I can’t count the amount of compliments I received about my new frames. As I picked heavy frames, Niraj offered fitting some nose pads to make them more comfortable (no additional charge). I felt really looked after throughout the whole process and I’m extremely happy with the results. 100% recommended! And I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you guys!

I came in with my mom to buy a new pair of glasses and we had such a great experience! Niraj was so knowledgeable and helped me pick a great pair of glasses, advising me and suggesting what would look nice on me and what his recommendations were. He wasn't the kind of sales man who wants you to buy just for buying or pressuring you into making a purchase like other sales agent do. Giulia was also so nice, friendly, welcoming, patient and very warm which made this experience even more memorable and enjoyable. Overall we had a great time and we left happy with such great customer service and selection of glasses. It is impossible to leave the store without finding one good pair of glasses that suit you and that you like. They have a very good selection! I look forward to coming back again and I highly recommend this store!

Fabulous experience here buying new sunglasses. Had an eye test which was super efficient and then Yvonne and Chris helped me pick my glasses. Well! They could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to make the experience stress free and great fun. Will keep going back and sent my sister too!
