Extremely poor service. Ordered a new racquet 2 weeks ago, recommended by coach at Blossomfield Tennis Club. Was promised delivery and tracking info by end of week, still waiting . Rang yesterday for update. Still not dispatched but no one seems to know why. Taken my money but still no racquet.The guy I spoke to yesterday hasn’t even called me back with an update after promising to chase it up. Shocking service and don’t recommend at all. If I could leave zero stars I would.

The two gentleman were very helpful in advising me on what string to have in my racket and what tension to go for. It’s been a long time since I had a racket restrung and I would definitely recommended this shop for stringing and rackets.

Very disappointing visit. I went specially to get advice and potentially purchase an expensive tennis racquet. However the gentleman there was unable to help. Advised me to come back a different day. The store was also quite messy and didn't fill me with confidence. I overheard that the store has changed ownership recently and are having a few staffing issues. I'm quite upset as this place was highly recommended.

Extremely poor service.I had heard good things about this shop and hence ordered a racket online. It’s been nearly two weeks since I have paid and there is no update. I have tried calling multiple times(at least 5 times a day for 3-4 days) but no response. Have emailed them but no response. Will never buy or try getting anything from here. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
