Bad customer service. Please improve on your attitude towards customer. I bought a poke bowl just now when I passed by and the open closed sign is showing that the shop is still opening. I walked in and there is a lady at the reception, I told her what I want to order and she did not even answer me. She was mean mugging me the whole time when I was in the shop, probably because they are closing soon. After that, she asked me what rice did I want etc. When she put the salmon and other toppings into the takeaway container, instead of using spoons or utensils to scoop it out of the salmon container, she POURED IT OUT, and what is worse is she pressed the salmons in the bowl using that CONTAINER FROM THE FRIDGE. This is SO UNHYGIENIC. Why is it so hard for you to get a spoon or something to do that? Just because you guys are doing closing work and you do not bother to wash one more spoon?? You can tell me if you are not taking any order anymore the moment I stepped in the shop, but not showing me the bad attitude and acting unhygienic because I delayed you from going home. Please respect your customers. Please improve on your customer service and hygiene.
