Very disappointed with my purchase of a £500 mattress! Feels like I've slept on a park bench and been run over in thr mornings. My neck , back and shoulders are aching. The button holes on the mattress you can feel also, it's like sleeping with something in your pocket! Must have been made incorrectly, I've never had such an uncomfortable sleep as thr reviews were really good. And the customer service team are now asking me to pay £40 for an inspection which I may or not get my money back?! Not the way to run a business! Very dissatisfied and will be taking further action.
