They don’t send results, they say someone will call next day and no one does. The worst clinic I been to. Zero communication from the clinic. Compared to Dean Street that one is not worth it trying. Dean street gives results as fast as 2 hours after doing tests.

Receptionists are incapable of doing their work properly and will tell you that you’ll get a phone call in the same day but never do. They cannot see the urgency on some emergencies and depending who you fall on, they can end up being heartless.

Reception area has low oxygen / air circulation , so if check your oxygen level by oxygen mater you will get two reading , for example by mattock lane health centre frond door 96 oxygen level and 90 oxygen level or less in the reception area.

Very unhelpful staff to the Reception, Nurse and the GP's they make it very difficult to access family planning facilities what happened to patient care and confidentiality! So unhelpful and Dr's start there consultation by telling you your rude! I have attended family planning service for years and never has a problem until Mattocks lane.

Podiatry/ Chiropody Receptionist, is very rude, if you attending app just make sure you have you're mask with you, otherwise you will be told off very rudely, and after she will give you a mask, then when you are called to have an app with nurse, it's even worse, nurse doesn't listen to your complain about what type of pain you have, answering very rudely, and when asked is she gonna deal with my problem, her answer was yes after you come back in 6 weeks time, for another app, so i asked should i do something about it? The answer was yes take paracetamol!!!!!.app took 5 min just to get insoles, but no explanation, nothing, look forward to see them again :d

Was seen at the escalation hub. Looked after by a lovely nurse when seen for a swab test last week. The lovely Dr Isobel Mock kindly called with a follow up explaining results to me in a very caring and empathetic manner. Fantastic experience, lovely nurses and doctor. Thank you !!
