I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone I have dealt with at Matthews & Peart, from the initial telephone call to the office, the young lady I spoke to on a couple of occasions was polite, friendly and efficient. (I'm so sorry, I don't remember her name unfortunately). Having met Andy on the couple of occasions when he came to our home to provide a quotation and take measurements, both me and my husband felt reassured that we were choosing the right company to install our new windows. Finally, I want to express my opinion of your expert fitters, Lee and Ryan who again were polite, friendly and hardworking, both were very respectful of our property. They did an outstanding job. Thank you all again for providing such a professional service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this well established family business.

I phoned Matthews & Pearks over 4 weeks ago to ask for a quote for a house I'm buying so had to arrange for them to go to the house to measure up for a price. Eventually they went after not tuning up on a arranged date so I had to arrange another day with current owners. And that was over 2 weeks ago still no quote which I asked them to send it by email.. was a waste of them going and my time having to phone and chase up They had been recommended by my estate agent email which I have not received one.. So they wasted

Removed my factual Facebook comment, tried and failed to simply obtain a quote for a total of 6 double glazed units. We had to chase them twice for the price and even after that it was never sent through. I would suggest getting quotes from other companies namely Salop Glass and Monkmoor Glass to compare against, that is if you can actually get Matthews & Peart to quote! Answer to reply - then communicate that fact rather than waste our time as well. The fact you can turn away circa 12-15k of work means you are doing well enough that you don’t need the work. Also this review has been left as you have censored my Facebook comment so well done 👍

I have had Matthews and Peart to replace 2 doors from the house into the conservatory, from Lisa in the showroom, Andy who came out to measure up and Lee who fitted the doors, superb service, very pleasant to deal with, efficiently dealt with from start to finish. Lee has done an excellent job, I am absolutely thrilled with the new doors and the finish on the fitting. It is so rare these days to find someone who really takes so much care and pride in his work.
